Representation of the fraud mechanism to determine if a member is not completely a survey in a certain amount of minutes.

IsEnabled boolean	Enables Speed Detection on the project. Survey Length for the Project must be greater than 5 minutes to enable Speed Detection.
MinLength integer	Minimum length of time in minutes for a member to take a survey to determine if they should be flagged as a speeder. Range: inclusive between 1 and 60
MaxLength integer	Maximum length of time in minutes for a member to take a survey to determine if they should beflagged as a speeder. Range: inclusive between 1 and 60
